Your Weekly Wellness Update

Letting you in on how this past week was for me. In 4 days, I wondered why I was born here more than a million times. I deserve everything soft. You agree with me, right?🥺 If I didn’t know better, I’d agree with a post I saw on X (formerly “Twitter”) that says “This Naija na the first layer of hell; small digging, we go see the one wey Bible talk”. But my week got better. I’m doing just fine. I hope you are doing fine, and I hope you had a good week.

The ongoing situation in this country has added an extra layer of stress to the daily living, and I want to take a moment to acknowledge the impact it may be having on you. Sending you virtual hugs.❤️

As healthcare providers, we understand firsthand the toll that stress can take on both our physical and mental well-being. The uncertainty and rapid changes in our environment can leave us feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. It's essential, now more than ever, to prioritize self-care and take proactive steps to safeguard our health.

One simple yet powerful way to support your body during times of stress is by staying hydrated. Drinking an adequate amount of water each day can help maintain your energy levels, improve concentration, and boost your immune system. I encourage you to make hydration a priority in your daily routine.

In addition to staying hydrated, I urge you to take advantage of the resources available to you through JEAY Healthcare. Our healthcare app (TELEMEDICAL) offers a convenient way to access important health information, track your wellness goals, and schedule appointments with ease. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you need assistance or would like to book an appointment with one of our healthcare professionals.

Remember, your health and well-being are our top priorities. By taking small but meaningful steps to care for yourself, you can better navigate the challenges of the current situation and emerge stronger on the other side.

Until the next time I write to you, still on hydration, please, drink water and keep minding your business, strictly. It saves you from a whole lot.

Wishing you all continued health and resilience.

Love,
Tolani.❤️
